The Planet Purbeck Festival aims to inspire people to take an active role in enhancing and protecting the beautiful natural world here in Purbeck whilst having heaps of fun! This year, the festival is even bigger and better than before, highlights include:
– A launch evening of family fun on Wareham Quay 16th September
– Arts and Crafts Open Day hosted by Sandy Hill Arts in Corfe Castle 17th Sept
– Bollywood on the beach Party at Shell Bay with live DJs, dancing, henna and tasty food 18th Sept
– An Autumn Equinox Mass swim at Studland 23rd Sept
– Two nights of documentary films and live speakers at The Mowlem Theatre in Swanage to celebrate Purbeck’s glorious sea, coastline and heathland taking place 23rd and 24th Sept.
Some events will require pre-booking and payment, others are totally free with no requirement to book.
