Halloween Dog Show to feature spooky pooches, family workshops, dog caricaturist and a guest appearance from Britain’s Got Talent finalists Lucy Heath and Trip Hazard
On Saturday 27th October from 11am - 4pm, families and dogs are encouraged to wear their best Halloween attire as the centre will be awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes live on stage for Spookiest Costume, Gruesome Twosome (best costume for dog and owner), Trick for a Treat (best dog trick) and Hubble Bubble get into Trouble (cheekiest dog).
Visitors can catch exciting shows with Britain’s Got Talent finalists, Lucy Heath and Trip Hazard throughout the day, while families can enjoy a variety of Halloween workshops including face painting, creepy slime making and a spooky Halloween trail to win prizes.
Dog owners can purchase stylish clothing and accessories at the Le Moulin Pooch stand and shop the latest dog toys with Discount Pets who will also be giving away complimentary treats. Artisan dog bakery Hunter’s Kitchen will be selling a variety of homemade tasty treats for pooches and Drawn by Mike will be providing free caricatures for dog owners and pets.
The dog show has a limited amount of spaces and those who wish to take part must register online at: http://www.merseyway.com/halloween/. All dogs must be kept on leads (no retractable leashes), owners must be aged 7 or over and is limited to one dog per person, all dogs must be chipped and up-to-date with injections and handlers must pick up after their pets, dispose of any waste properly and keep control of their dog at all times.
