Funhouse Comedy Club retuns to the Saracens Head, Southwell for a great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is the compelling and frank comedian and writer, Daliso Chaponda who came 3rd in 'Britain's Got Talent' in 2017 and then landed himself his own stand-up comedy show on BBC Radio 4. Hailing from Malawi, where his father is a government minister he started his comedy career in Canada with the much-admired one man show 'Feed This Black Man'. With his ability to talk about anything from politics and religion to romance, he amuses the crowd with his distinctive accent and unique outlook on the world.

Opening the night will be Rob Rouse, ever exuberant and recognizable from his many TV appearances including 'Upstart Crow', '8 Out Of Ten Cats', John Bishop's Only Joking', 'Celebrity Juice', 'Dave's One Night Stand' and 'The Friday Night Project', as well as making a guest appearance on 'Coronation Street'. With his cheeky banter and extremely funny tales, he's always one step ahead of his audience's expectations and keeps them enthralled with his comedic storytelling.

Also appearing is Scottish comedian and writer Stephen Carlin who supported both Stewart Lee and Stephen Merchant on tour and appeared in 'Stewart Lee Presents 'The Ten Best Stand-ups in the World Ever'. He also appeared on ITV's 'Comedy Cuts' and has written for various radio programmes including 'The News Quiz' and 'The Now Show'. His dreamy and calm onstage persona captivates everyone, whilst his distinctive humour never fails to leave them howling with laughter.

Completing the line-up will be hilarious Scottish comedian Chris Jones, relating his personal anecdotes.

Compere for the night will be the chatty and cheerful Spiky Mike.
